Refund policy

At Faith Fuel Shop, our products are made to order specifically for you. Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection, or incorrect product selection.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Faith Fuel Shop within 30 days of delivery at faithfuelmedia.contact@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will review your request and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may result in a replacement or refund.

Incorrect size or colour

Please carefully review the product description and size chart before placing your order. Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges when the wrong size, colour, or product was selected by the customer at checkout.

Lost, missing, or stolen packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at faithfuelmedia.contact@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate the shipment.

Faith Fuel Shop is not responsible for packages that tracking confirms were delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout but were subsequently lost or stolen.

Order cancellations

Because our products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at faithfuelmedia.contact@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Approved refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
