At Faith Fuel Shop, our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print and fulfillment partner. This allows us to offer a wide selection of products while ensuring each order is produced specifically for you.

Processing Time

Because our products are made to order, please allow approximately 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method available at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout when available.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple products, your items may be shipped separately depending on the products and the fulfillment facilities used. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and shipments for the same order.

International Orders

Customers ordering from outside US/Canada may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are outside of Faith Fuel Shop's control and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at faithfuelmedia.contact@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Faith Fuel Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to the fulfillment provider because of an incorrect address, additional charges may apply to reship the order.
