Many Faith Fuel Shop products are made specifically after an order is placed. For this reason, orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled after production has begun.

Orders are fulfilled through third-party fulfillment providers, including Printify. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, shipping method, destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preference, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or a change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at faithfuelmedia.contact@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Approved claims will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and the applicable fulfillment provider's procedures.

7. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on our website and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by an obvious pricing error.
